The TLV314 family of single, dual, and quad operational amplifiers represents a new generation of low-power, general-purpose operational amplifiers. The devices feature rail-to-rail input and output swing (RRIO), low quiescent current (150μA/channel typical at 5V), and high bandwidth of 3MHz. This type of amplifier is very attractive for battery-powered applications, where a good balance between performance and cost is generally required. Additionally, the TLV314 family architecture enables input bias currents as low as 1pA, making it suitable for applications with source impedances up to the megaohm level.
